Welcome to the 2009 - 2010 school year. Your PTA is looking forward to an eventful and productive year of learning, growing and reaching new heights. With your help R.R. Moton can be recognized as the Elementary Magnet School of the Arts is was created to be.

Parent participation is what makes our PTA work!
WE WELCOME EVERYONE – parents, grandparents, family friends, neighbors,  relatives and businesses – to take part. It’s a proven fact that children do better academically when parents are involved.

PTA Membership
We invite you to join the R.R. Moton PTA. The PTA is a parent, teacher and community association that serves our children and the school. The PTA supports educational, cultural, safety and technological programs at the school. Improving communication between you and the school if a major focus of the PTA. Together we can make a difference in our students lives. This is what PTA is all about: Advocacy for all children.

Volunteering
Throughout the school year PTA organizes and participates in fundraisers and other events for our school. We have many opportunities for volunteers and encourage you get involved.
