The Media Center at R. R. Moton Elementary School is a
state-of the-art, multi-purpose facility that goes far beyond the days of
card catalog based libraries.
The Media Center Contains:
 A
TV studio where the morning announcements are done by the students
A
mini production center used for creating books, buttons and posters. |
An
ample storage area for software, teaching aides, hardware, etc.
A computer lab with 22 stations used for research, production, and internet access.
Over
10,000 circulated items including books, reference and periodicals
materials, and VHS/DVD programs.
A
Closed-circuit TV/VCR/DVD System.

In addition, resources from all schools in the state of Florida are
available online through SUNLINK, as well as Miami-Dade County Public
Schools "Destiny Collection Cataloging System", making resource
sharing in the district a well as the state an easy task! |
