donation as well as volunteer opportunities.
PTA Membership
We invite you to join the R.R. Moton PTA. The PTA is a parent,
teacher and community association that serves our children and
the school. The PTA supports educational, cultural, safety and
technological programs at the school. Improving communication
between you and the school if a major focus of the PTA. We are
proud to be the largest PTA in Dade County and the 2nd largest
in all of Florida. Together we can make a difference in our
students lives. This is what PTA is all about: Advocacy for all
children.
Donations is another way PTA can secure funds, services
and/or resources to continue providing programs geared toward
academic enrichment, campus enhancement, safety, communication
and appreciation of our well deserving staff and students.

Volunteering
Throughout the school year PTA organizes and participates in
fundraisers and other events for our school. We have many
opportunities for volunteers and encourage you get involved by
signing up using our online form.
Please note to become a volunteer, you must register with
Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
If you have previously registered and are in the system, you
DO NOT need to register again. (If you do not know your number,
please note this in the form 'comments' box. It will be looked
up and added for you). Print, complete and submit the
Miami-Dade County School's
Volunteer Registration Form
to the school office. Once processed,
your volunteer number will be added to your record by school
personnel.

We appreciate your utilization of our online form to submit your information. PTA realizes
substantial savings in time and funds by going paperless with
our membership and volunteer forms, Monthly Newsletter and other
correspondence.
